My first feature documentary is about displaced Ukrainians navigating a now forgotten crisis. In rural Ireland, three families rebuild their lives with courage and hope. Together, they prove resilience knows no borders - even far from the front lines.

Magical realism short inspired by the climate crisis and made to draw attention to small things that we can all do better: notice and take care of the natural world on our doorstep.

Mini documentary series I created for the WWF to support their new communications strategy: to actively campaign against climate change by using human voices. I used an emotive approach: presenting scientific evidence to members of the public to create a narrative reveal that would shock those experiencing the facts while watching the films.

A labour of love, this film took me 3 years to make with the help of some very good old friends (the crew) and very generous new ones (Kickstarter supporters). It had its UK premiere on January 18th 2014 at the London Short Film Festival. I hope to show it elsewhere. A warm, funny story about an eccentric comic-book loving duo attempting to put together the UKs first international self-publishing festival. But it isn’t just about comics. It is about knowing ourselves, having passions for their own sake and doing something with them in a world that makes it tough to create time for the things we love.
